Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Supervise healthcare/dispensary staff.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety standards and legal requirements.
Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements where necessary to enhance patient satisfaction.
Manage budgets, resources, and procurement processes to optimise operational efficiency.
Liaise with medical professionals, patients, families, and external agencies to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
Oversee staff recruitment, training programmes, performance appraisals, and professional development initiatives.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in accordance with regulatory standards.
Stay informed about changes in healthcare legislation and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Skills
Proven experience in healthcare or a similar within a clinical setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
