Responsibilities

Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements where necessary to enhance patient satisfaction. Manage budgets, resources, and procurement processes to optimise operational efficiency. Liaise with medical professionals, patients, families, and external agencies to facilitate effective communication and service delivery. Oversee staff recruitment, training programmes, performance appraisals, and professional development initiatives. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in accordance with regulatory standards. Stay informed about changes in healthcare legislation and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Skills

Proven experience in healthcare or a similar within a clinical setting. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, patients, and external stakeholders confidently. Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Proficiency in using healthcare management software and administrative tools. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges within the healthcare environment.
