Healthcare Support Worker / Decontamination Technician
Location: Redruth, Cornwall
Contract: Full Time (37.5 hours)
Shift Pattern: 8am 6pm, 4 days a week, flexibility through Monday - Sunday

Main duties of the job

  • Welcome patients professionally and act as their advocate throughout their visit.
  • Clean, monitor, and maintain equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Record and communicate relevant patient observations to senior staff.
  • Deliver patient care in line with care plans set by the Senior Nurse.
  • Maintain clear communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Promote a positive attitude and uphold InHealths commitment to the highest standards of care.
