We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team on Ward D7. D7 is a 28 bedded ward which specialises in the care of patients who have Urology & ENT conditions.
We have a strong ethos to staff development and learning and have a wonderful multidisciplinary team.
The Ward is very busy so a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care is required. You must be able to provide high quality, compassionate care, ensuring an efficient service is delivered.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people. A caring nature, good communication skills & a willingness to learn & develop are essential.
You will deliver fundamental care to patients including assisting with personal hygiene & toileting needs, feeding & mobility.
Main duties of the job
