About the role:
You will be joining a multidisciplinary team with a strong emphasis on quality patient care. As a warm, supportive, and community-driven individual, you will be in the homes of our valued patients caring for their everyday needs. It is vital that you are a compassionate character led by strong moral values which align with our own. You'll play a vital role in supporting patients in their homes by installing and maintaining respiratory equipment, providing reassurance and care to those who rely on our service as well as providing a vital daily delivery service of oxygen tanks to our patients.
No prior experience is required for this role as you will be provided with a full on the job 8-week training regime. Each day is different when working with at-home patients, so we are looking for a caring and reassuring team player who is eager to support their patients and families. Each day is different so you'll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.
You would be responsible for:
Deliver, install, and service oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment in line with NHS standards
Support patients and their families with empathy and professionalism
Manage daily workloads and respond to healthcare helpline requests
Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 5 weeks; paid at 400 each week on rota)
Maintain high driving standards and vehicle upkeep
About You:
