You will be pivotal in developing and achieving our business growth plan, leading by example to develop expertise in the team.

This role offers hybrid working with 3 days working from our London office and the rest from home!

What will I be doing?
This is a varied and interesting role including:-

  • Significant contribution in terms of revenue & profit from existing and new clients
  • Consistently build enduring client partnerships at the trusted advisor level
  • Lead on driving development and growth across our key clients
  • Lead on creating innovative, winning proposals & pitch in response to complex, challenging briefs
  • Deliver impactful end to end research from set-up, design and execution of projects
  • Collaborate with other specialists to bring the best of Ipsos to clients
  • Build capability within the team, including on-the-job mentoring and coaching
  • Supporting marketing efforts in your area of expertise (e.g. contributing to thought leadership and our Centres of Expertise)

What do I need to bring with me?
To be successful in this role you will need to bring the following skills and experience:
  • Enjoying the challenge of breaking down complex topics and briefs, turning it into engaging studies with impactful results
  • Expert in developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through consultation, partnership and insight
  • A strong track record of successfully leading studies across the product lifecycle; several years focussed on pharmaceutical brands and/or vaccines essential
  • Ability to design research approaches according to client business needs and where they are in their product life cycle
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of the principles of quantitative and/or qualitative ad-hoc research techniques combined with a willingness to upskill on new and developing approaches
  • Interest in working with across a range of clients and diseases
  • Interest/ability to lead account development activities
  • Experience line managing and/or on-the-job coaching on projects
  • Experience with more innovative methods will be a positive addition to your application: e.g. social intelligence analytics, generative AI
