Within your first year, you'll travel solo across Europe to benchmark offices.

We're a small team so you'll be more than just a number - you'll know everyone's projects and actually influence how we operate. We value in-person collaboration, but flexibility matters when it makes sense.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a fast-track role where you'll be leading your own projects within two years.

You'll learn to assess buildings against WELL criteria, spotting the details that matter for human health: HVAC filtration rates, circadian lighting systems, active travel amenities & biophilic design integration. You'll see how boardrooms in Warsaw differ from breakout spaces in Madrid.

You'll write reports that explain complex health science to busy executives, contribute to proposals and marketing materials and work directly with our founders.

A lot of our work happens over virtual calls with facilities managers, building operators and C-suite stakeholders as part of the daily routine. You need to hold your own with senior executives, stay calm when things don't go to plan and communicate clearly on screen and in person.

28,000 - 32,000

Base:

Leeds (hybrid) with regular travel throughout the UK & Europe
