We're looking for a caring, committed Early Years Educator to join our wonderful team at our Charlbury nursery. This is a full-time, year-round position, 38 hours per week over 4 days with shift patterns between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

What You'll Be Doing



Providing inspiring, high-quality care and education for young children. Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment aligned with the EYFS. Acting as a key person, building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families. Planning, observing, and assessing children's development to support their individual learning journeys. Contributing to a team culture based on kindness, collaboration, and respect. Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times.

What We're Looking For



A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years. Genuine passion for early education and child development. A positive, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach. Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. A strong alignment with our values: kindness, integrity, respect, and inclusivity.
