About us

We're a growing renewable heating specialist based in North London. We design and

install

efficient heating systems with a strong focus on air source heat pumps. We also handle maintenance and repairs. As we scale, we'll expand into additional renewables (e.g., air-to-air heat pumps).

The role

A field-based role with a

primary focus on installation

of domestic ASHP and gas systems (plant rooms and associated components),

with maintenance, fault-finding, and repair work as needed

. You'll work across London and occasionally in surrounding counties.

Full training in ASHP maintenance and repair is provided.

Key responsibilities

First/second fix and

installation

of ASHP systems (plant rooms, cylinders, buffer vessels, pipework, controls interfaces) Assisting with commissioning and handover documentation Planned servicing and reactive repairs when required Clear reporting, job notes, and customer communication Safe, tidy workmanship and adherence to best practice
What we're looking for

Background in plumbing/heating, HVAC, or mechanical installation

Plant room build/installation experience (preferred)

Confident working independently on customer sites Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Able to travel to jobs across London (and occasionally surrounding counties)

Own hand tools required

Nice to have (not essential):

Previous ASHP installation/commissioning or other renewables experience F-Gas, NVQ/City & Guilds, or manufacturer training
Training & progression

Structured training in ASHP maintenance & repair provided

Further training and qualifications may be offered

as we expand into other renewable technologies,

including air-to-air heat pumps
