The role is located in Brisbane Australia, only 1 hour drive from the site to the Gold Coast !
Your pay will be based on your qualifications and experience. Visa processing and assistance with relocation will be provided.

We are always looking for passionate, experienced Heat Treatment Technicians to join our team! This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced individual to diversify into a full-time training and human resource development role. The successful candidate will be highly knowledgeable in different heat treatment techniques, as well as hands on experience in case hardening, vacuum hardening, nitriding and stress relieving. An advantage of this job is that you may be required to travel throughout all HTA branches in order to facilitate training and development for the company. Experience or aptitude for developing, facilitating and supervising training programs;
Heat treatment qualifications (desired but not essential);
Ability to understand and interpret heat treatment specifications, procedures and technical data;
At least 5 years' experience in multiple heat treatment processes;
Trainer and/or HR qualifications (desired, not essential)
