Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Heating Engineer to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems for residential and commercial clients. This role offers flexibility as either a self-employed or employed position, allowing you to choose what suits you best.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, including boilers, heat pumps, radiators, and associated pipework. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in heating systems to ensure efficient operation. Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations. Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and solutions to clients. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Experience

: Proven experience working with heating systems.

Qualifications

: ACS Gas certification. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent). G3 Unvented Hot Water certification. Water Regulations certification.

Driving Licence

: Full, valid UK driving licence is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
