Our thriving Heating, Electrical & Renewables Department is now on the lookout for an experienced Director to nurture and lead the team into the next phase of growth and development.

Heating & Renewables Director - OTE 70k + Electric Vehicle + company pension + company share scheme
Evolve currently have several significant contracts with large housing providers, local authorities and utilities. We are working with them to deliver the highest quality service from end-to-end and to create new business opportunities across the energy retrofit market.
The electrification of heat and the drive to net-zero carbon will be one of the biggest revolutions the industry has seen, and we are looking to bring in the best in the business to ensure that Evolve are at the forefront of that challenge.
You will lead the department in the successful delivery of multiple projects from end-to-end taking in hand the full oversight of the operations and commercial aspects of the team.

You will be creative and develop key strategies to build and sustain a team of dedicated employees with a growth mindset
You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to plan and develop new opportunities looking at innovation in the marketplace and how to position the business at the forefront of change
We are looking for a leader who also has the technical experience in domestic and commercial to guide and inform best practice, we are keen that the successful candidate holds qualifications (some or all of the following) 18th Edition, Test & Inspection, Heat Pump/Solar PV & Thermal installation and maintenance: BPEC or equivalent. Additionally experience of using MCS approved work portals, software and sizing tools will also be essential.
