Reporting to the M&E Heating Service and Repair Programme Manager, you'll lead a team of approximately 12 engineers delivering repairs, maintenance, servicing, and void (Empty Homes) works. Taking a hands-on approach, you'll provide technical guidance, coach your team to meet performance targets, and ensure consistently high standards across all areas of delivery.
You'll play a key role in driving quality assurance, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards--while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of service delivery.

What we're looking for
We're seeking a skilled professional with strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in heating services. You'll bring:
NVQ Level 3 in HVAC
(or equivalent qualification)
Core Gas Safety (CCN1)
and
SSCS Certificate
(or equivalent)
Gas Safe "Registered Person" status
Level 3 Gas Audit qualification
Extensive experience in heating systems from installation to commissioning
Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage technical teams
Strong understanding of
CDM Regulations
and
gas safety procedures
, including unsafe situations
Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
Additional requirements
A
full UK driving licence
(a company car or cash allowance is provided with the role)
An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
