What you'll be doing
As a Drinks Runner, you'll play a vital role in bringing this experience to life. Working closely with the bar and front-of-house teams, you'll ensure every drink is delivered with speed, accuracy and style - supporting seamless service and unforgettable guest moments.
Delivering drinks promptly and accurately from the bar to guests
Supporting the bar and floor teams during busy service periods
Ensuring correct presentation, glassware and garnish standards at all times
Communicating clearly with bartenders, servers and managers to maintain smooth service flow
Monitoring stock levels behind the scenes and assisting with replenishment where required
Keeping service areas clean, organised and ready for peak periods
Representing the Hell's Kitchen brand with professionalism, energy and attention to detail
What you'll bring
A positive, proactive individual with a passion for hospitality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, premium environment
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
A willingness to learn and develop within a world-class bar and restaurant setting
Previous bar or restaurant experience is helpful, but not essential - attitude and potential are key
