Help to Claim Universal Credit Adviser

Hours - 37 hours

Based - Hull

Term - For a fixed term until 31st December 2025

Salary scale: 28,610 pa pro rata

Trainee Salary: 27,111 pa pro rata, rising to 28,610 pa pro rata on successful completion of traineeship.

At Citizens Advice Hull and East Riding we have a short term opportunity available , will give you full training to enable you to work with clients via phone and webchat.

You will move people forward with the issues they face by empowering people to find solutions for the problems they are facing. You having a commitment to learn, to working hard and a willingness to make a difference to peoples lives are more important for this project than previous experience.

About the role

Our DWP-funded Help to Claim service supports people making a new Universal Credit claim. You will provide accurate information, assist with benefit calculations, and ensure a smooth, high-quality journey right through to their first correct payment.
