Job Description

Working from our in-house FM Software Package the candidate will be trained to log-calls / update the systems to keep our information live in a busy Helpdesk environment.

Day to day tasks.

Sending and receiving emails

Raising and closing jobs on our FM Package

Raising POs to Supply Chain

Updating notes on job progress in a live environment

Answering phones and liaising with engineers and clients

Essential and Desirable Criteria

Experience of Microsoft Office packages

Ability to work within a team structure

Good telephone manner & understanding of customer care

Experience of CAFM systems would be an advantage
