We require Customer Support Coordinator to join us on a 9 months FTC, at our Redditch site. Working on a rotating 20-hour basis: Mon Fri (06:00 14:00 / 12:00 20:00) and every other weekend. When working the weekend, youll have staggered days off in the week to compensate.
Youll be joining as our first point of contact for all stores requiring our assistance. Youll take reactive calls, create Work Orders, chasing Engineers as and when required and provide stores with updates.
This is a 9 months FTC for 20 hrs/week About the Job:
Youll have a confident phone manner, being assertive when required. Itll be challenging at times when you wont be able to provide a store with the answer they want, delivering that news may be hard for you. But the rewarding aspect is when you receive positive feedback advising the difference you made. Youll have a great ability to learn and retain information as speed, as youll be using several systems and knowing which Engineer to send for which job is essential.
