Wild Recruitment has teamed up with a fantastic employer based in Milton Keynes working within Customer Service department. This company offers a great working environment and many opportunities.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30 (1 hour break)

Role

As a Helpdesk Suppoty you will contributing towards maintaining the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation for providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical and ethics helpline service
  • Support with complaints
  • Respond to queries over telephone, email, web chat
  • Support Admin team
  • Assisting with warehouse stock management
  • Help with collecting meter readings
  • Protect user data
Experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based role
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Good IT skills
  • Organisational, planning and administrative skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social media
  • Previously used a CRM system
  • Experience handling complaints
