We are now seeking for a Team Manager to join us on a permanent basis at our Redditch site.
About the Job:
You will lead a small team of three Helpdesk Agents, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure the delivery of high-quality frontline support for a single client. The team is responsible for receiving and logging reactive and planned maintenance work orders from clients, accurately raising jobs within the system, and managing client escalations through to resolution. You will oversee performance from a Helpdesk perspective, ensuring service levels, response times, and operational targets are consistently met. In line with agreed KPIs, you will produce accurate and concise daily reports on helpdesk activity, work order status, and escalation management for senior management.
Operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, you will effectively manage priorities while developing a strong understanding of the client's operational requirements. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to support successful service delivery.
