Job Overview


To provide administrative assistance to the Helpdesk Team and Helpdesk Manager.
Main Duties
  • Provide the responsive day to day focal point of contact for customers
  • Provide interface between the Authority and our operational staff including subcontractors
  • Prioritise work and timeframes in agreement with the customer
  • Initiate appropriate response from Foreman/Chargehand & Techs
  • Enter all information required in Maximo in a concise manner
  • Any other admin tasks required e.g.
v Running Reports v Hastening work v Making appointments v Inputting of Technical information into Maximo (TIC) v Filing v Minutes of meetings v Scanning Documents
  • Assisting Manager with other Admin tasks as needed.
  • Provide admin support in other areas as required by the business

Responsibilities will vary according to the requirements of the business.
