The company produces almost any form of polythene packaging including Shrink Film, Pallet Covers, Polythene Bags, Scaffold Wrap, and much more.

Despite significant growth over two generations, the original emphasis on customer service has remained the primary objective.

Annual wage:

21,700-33,400.

Working time:

7-7, Monday to Sunday, 4,5, or 6 days/week at your choice.

Type of contract:

full-time.

Term of contract:

permanent contract after 12 weeks.

Your main responsibilities:

You will be required to help with machine operation as well as checking the finished products on completion of manufacturing, pack and make ready for despatch the goods to the customers.

Testing and verification of finished products.

Pack finished components into boxes and palletize, consistently achieving productivity targets.

Loading and unloading of the machines, ensuring all other tasks as required are carried out safely and you are able to work closely with other members of the team.

Maintain optimum Health and Safety standards and keep the area clean and tidy at all times.

Ensure the factory area around the machine is kept clean and safe to work in.

This role requires:

Flexible approach with the ability to follow detailed instructions

Working to high-quality standards whilst meeting targets and deadlines.

A good eye for detail and the ability to work in a busy, varied role are essential.

Experience in operating in a production environment with high-speed production machinery.

About you

:

You need to have an Approved Right to work Status in the UK

Available for either night or day shift.

Limited English speaking accepted as long as you can understand health and safety in-house rules.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Very good work ethic and timekeeping.

Be flexible to adapt to changing demands and conditions.
