Job Description
Coordinate the HCC surveillance pathway under the supervision of the Senior hepatology nurses. Manage a delegated caseload of patients requiring 6-monthly ultrasound scans AFP tests. Track due and overdue surveillance, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up. Liaise with radiology, consultants, and administrative teams to resolve delays or missed investigations.
Escalate abnormal imaging or blood test results promptly to senior nursing or medical staff. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to audit and quality improvement activities.
