THE WORKS

As Head Chef, you'll lead a passionate kitchen team with precision, pride, and creativity. You'll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and maintaining the relaxed but polished food experience our guests love.

YOU WILL ..

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations Lead on food quality, consistency, innovation, and presentation Mentor, coach, and support your team to develop and thrive Collaborate with the wider senior team on menu evolution Champion cleanliness, safety, and kitchen efficiency every day

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves leading by example, bringing positive energy to service, and delivering honest, elevated food with care.
