About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Community Nurses to join our growing team for placements across Leicester. You will be working within the community, providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver holistic nursing care in line with NMC standards Conduct patient assessments and create care plans Administer medication and manage chronic conditions Collaborate with wider healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RGN) Previous experience in community nursing (minimum 6 months preferred) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
