HGV Class 1 Opportunity - Left-Hand Drive - Long-Term Contract
Locations: Immingham or Felixstowe Ports
We have an exciting new long-term opportunity available. While this role traditionally involves tramping, the company is open to considering day drivers for the right candidates.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
Paid via Umbrella PAYE or Ltd Company
Pay:
230 per day + 25 night out.
Important Requirement:
You must have experience driving a left-hand drive truck within the UK.
About the Role:
Work is port-based, running out of
Immingham or Felixstowe
. General haulage -- transporting goods ranging from metal and paper to a variety of other freight. Operating well-maintainedMercedes trucks
with curtain-side trailers. Early start times are common, depending on ferry schedules and customs clearance windows.Candidate Criteria:
? Minimum 2 years holding a valid UK HGV Class 1 licence
? At least 180 days driving experience in the past 12 months
? Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR or DD convictions in the last 10 years)

UK licence holders only
(No exceptions)? Experienced in port collections and deliveries
