Abbey Logistics - A UK and European, Industry Leading, food and non-food tanker Distribution Business are seeking to recruit the following;

HGV TANKER DRIVER

Monday to Friday Tramper

Based at our Bridgwater depot Monday - Friday Tramping (Occasional weekend shift as overtime) Tanker experience preferred Loading and unloading of Liquid Tanks 14.95 (first 20-weeks employment) raising to 15.95 after. Overtime paid at 15.95ph 26.20 per night out 1000 loyalty bonus after 12 months Allocated unit
The role of an Abbey Logistics Class1 Tanker Driver is to safely and efficiently, deliver customer products using bulk liquid tankers throughout the UK and into Europe if required.

Duties will include:

Loading & Delivery of powder tankers to and from UK and European (if required) customer locations Complying with all drivers' hours and working time regulations Using a digital hand-held device to record all vehicle checks and delivery information Following customer and company guidelines and processes

Experience

Hold a full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence for a minimum of 2 years (no more than 6 penalty points) Tanker work preferred but not essential as training will be given Must hold a valid and up to date DCPC Card
