Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering within a Pallet Network operation, although this is not essential
As a professional driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the integrity of the freight.
Duties
Working on your own initiative to ensure a high level of Customer Service Being a highly organised and responsible person Communicating clearly with colleagues and customers Carrying out daily vehicle checks High level of attention to detail for Time Specific deliveries Use of "EPod" electronic device Making Bulk Deliveries and Collections within the Birmingham Area Working between 40 and 50 hours a week, with occasional Saturday working
Experience
Valid commercial driving licence (C+E) is required. Experience with Pallet Network operations is desirable but not essential. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in driving.
Weekly Pay 13.50ph
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.50-15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
