Job Summary
LTD or PAYE Full Time starting second week in January. AM Fixed Start Time.
We are seeking Hgv class 1 drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading & unloading themselves with an electric pump truck. ( no hands on work) and transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to designated supermarket stores.
Lots of training will be given.
Average shift length 8 to 11 hours.
4 on 4 off with Xtra shifts available.
Duties
- Drive Class 1 Truck
- Transport goods and materials from one location to another
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of cargo
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine checks on vehicles to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Class 1 Driving Licence (HGV)
- New passes welcome , full training will be given.
- must be able to speak English.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
