Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Trunk Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while taking the Trunk to Carlisle daily and bringing it back to Dundee. This role requires a professional attitude, excellent driving skills, and the ability to navigate diverse routes.

Duties

During the day local deliveries/collections. Operating LST Trailers, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.

Experience

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Valid commercial driving licence (C+E). Minimum 2 years Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for commercial driving. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
This shift pattern runs Mon - Sat 1st week then Tues to Saturday following week. The work does require nights out however these will be spent at Carlisle Truck Stop where you will be provided with a room and ensuite shower.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-15.50 per hour
