Job Description
Myers transport is looking to recruit a number of drivers with immediate effect due to an increased workload. We are a family run business celebrating 50 years in operation this year. We run a modern fleet of top of the range DAF Superspace and MAN XXL trucks and are based in Aylesford, Kent.
We cover traction work for most European trailer operators, mainly working out of Eastern and South Eastern ports. Drivers must have at least 2 years Class 1 experience and be prepared to work nights out during the week.
Any applicants would with ADR qualifications would be advantageous, but this is not an essential requirement for the role. Drivers need to have a professional and compliant attitude towards driving responsibilities including keeping up with driving hour's legislation, tachograph and working time legislation.
