Duties

Operate lorries in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel consumption. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the road.

Skills

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role. Valid commercial driving licence with appropriate endorsements for lorry operation. Familiarity with safety practices. Strong navigation skills and knowledge of local routes. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 175.00-200.00 per day
