We have an exciting opportunity for the following personnel to join our branch in Billingham:

HGV Class 1 Driver/Class 2 HIAB Driver

Location: Billingham, TS23 1LE

Salary: Competitive

THE ROLE:

This role is a split role; you will be required to alternate weekly between driving the Class 1 vehicle and the Class 2 vehicles.

As part of the Class 1 duties, you will be required to deliver interbranch stock transfers between all 10 branch locations.

As part of the Class 2 duties, you will be required to deliver materials quickly and accurately to our customer locations, with the use of a remotely activated HIAB crane.

CANDIDATE:

We are seeking a reliable and well-presented person who has good knowledge of the area as well as good product knowledge on a range of building materials. An ideal background would be someone with builders merchant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate must have an HGV Class 1 licence, digital tachograph, and a Driver CPC. A current HIAB licence would be preferred.
