What's the role?

As a Class 1 HGV Recovery Driver, you'll operate our heavy recovery units to collect and deliver a wide range of vehicles -- from scrap and salvage to trade-in stock and high-value resales. You'll work with trade sites like Copart and BCA, collect from registered keepers and businesses, and deliver to our main yard or between company sites. Your skill behind the wheel helps keep our vehicle recycling operation moving safely and efficiently.

What we're looking for:

Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence CPC and Digital Tachograph card 2+ years' experience operating heavy recovery or commercial Class 1 vehicles Strong knowledge of load security, strapping and recovery techniques Calm and professional when dealing with customers or handling damaged vehicles Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Good working knowledge of UK driving hours and compliance rules Able to use mobile apps for job sheets, photos, and delivery logs
