Summary

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our dynamic team at Cargo Express in the UK. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and secure deliveries across our extensive network. As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

Operate curtain side trucks safely and efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of goods to various destinations. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status. Assist in loading and unloading cargo as needed. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driving license (CPC). Strong knowledge of road safety regulations. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
