Class 1 HGV Driver - Rates of Pay:

Monday - Friday - 15.50 to 31 per hour inclusive of your holiday pay.

Class 1 HGV Driver - Shifts and Hours:

Monday to Friday - No Weekends Start times: 9.00am to 9.00pm 8-12 hours per day (minimum pay 8 hours)
Location: Birmingham (B25)

This role is commutable from: Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Oxfordshire/Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and other surrounding areas. Join GO HGV and work with one of the UK's leading logistics employment agencies. Our client provides domestic and international deliveries for high-volume business customers. This position is a temporary to permanent contract, offering ongoing work 12 months per year for the right candidate.

Class 1 Driver - The Role:

Load and unload freight and secure loads. Complete scheduled collections and deliveries. Make sure accurate completion of paperwork/documentation. Conduct vehicle checks and report any defects. Work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Class 1 Driver - The Right Candidate will have:

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license + CPC & DIGI Cards Minimum 6 months Class 1 licence and driving experience No more than 6 SP points. Will be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes. Will be flexible and remain calm under pressure. Will have the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail. Work and education preferred but not required.
