3000 bonus paid end of the financial year if no accidents occur and no written warnings taking total pay to 44'000

Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Class 1 HGV Driver

to join our logistics team based in Bradford. The role involves operating modern articulated freezer vehicles to ensure safe, timely, and efficient deliveries of our products to customers nationwide.

This position does

not involve manual lifting or handball

, however drivers are required to use a

pump truck to pull pallets to the back of the trailer

for offloading.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Class 1 articulated freezer and curtain-side vehicles. Complete nationwide deliveries and collections as per route plans. Use a

pump truck to move pallets to the rear of the trailer

for offloading. Ensure compliance with all driving, tachograph, and Working Time Directive regulations. Carry out thorough vehicle checks and report any defects promptly. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs. Adhere to company health, safety, and hygiene standards. Represent ICS UK LTD(TM) professionally at all times with customers and the public.

Qualifications & Experience

Valid

UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence

. Valid

CPC

and

Digital Tachograph Card

. Minimum 1 year of relevant driving experience preferred. Strong knowledge of UK road transport regulations. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude. Excellent communication and time management skills.

Pay & Working Hours

Annual Base Salary:

41,000

Annual Bonus:

3,000 (paid yearly, subject to meeting company KPIs).

Monthly Pay:

3,416.67 (base salary).

Hours:

50 hours per week over 5 days.

Start time:

Between 5am - 10am (average shift duration 10 hours) Each pay period assumes

20 working days = 200 hours

Overtime:

Any hours worked beyond 200 per pay period will be paid at

13.00 per hour

.
