We are a family run business based in Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3NW and are looking for a Class 1 Driver to join our ever expanding business on a full-time and permanent basis.
As a Class 1 driver you will need to be comfortable in completing multi-drop handball deliveries throughout the UK, with some nights out required. You will be responsible for carrying out daily vehicle checks and its' load safety.
This is a full-time and permanent position, Monday to Friday. Based on 50hrs per week, with nights out paid, and weekends at peak times. Bonus opportunities are also available.
What you'll need:
Full Clean UK licence (Essential) Valid CPC card (Essential) Valid Digital Tachograph card (Essential) Reliable & good communication skills (Essential) Possess a good understanding of the UK driving regulations, and working time directive. Experience preferred but not essential.
Training will be provided, including how to safely manoeuvre furniture, as well as how to use our electronic PDA system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 34,999.90 per year
