EFM has just celebrated 20 years in the transport sector as a haulier and distributor based in Northampton. A family owned and operated business founded in 2005 by our Managing Director Phil Minney. Starting with a single tractor unit, the operation has seen amazing growth and we now operate a fleet of over 30 vehicles.

The company has been built around a "can do" attitude, we always strive to ensure that our customers' needs are not only met but exceeded.

We are a member of the Palletline network, the UK and Europe's leading pallet network. Presently, we are proud to be one of the highest inputters of pallets nationally into the overnight network, working on prestigious multi million pound contracts such as delivering time critical NHS PPE, right down to much smaller solutions for local businesses.

Due to this current growth we are looking to grow our team further and are recruiting for a:-

Class I Driver

This position is available to start immediately.

Daily start times will be 6am Monday - Friday, working on the general fleet with occasional nights out and will be between 10 / 12 hr shifts

Ideally you should be experienced in pallet deliveries. The job will involve both bay and side tipping so you should be well versed in both.

We welcome all new & experienced drivers to join our well-established team, to keep our family growing.

This role is guaranteed as 40 hours pay per week at 14.50 per hour.

This position requires the following criteria: To hold a full C Class 1 licence, Have no more than 6 penalty points, to have a valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC)/ Driver CPC, and to own a valid Digital Tachograph Card
