We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and excellent driving skills, particularly with flatbed vehicles. Responsibilities

Operate flatbed lorries to deliver goods to various locations in a timely manner. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

Valid commercial driving licence (C+E or equivalent) with a clean driving record. Experience as a delivery driver, preferably with flatbed lorries. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving. Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
