Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, and will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic regulations while ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

Ensure the secure loading and unloading of cargo. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driving licence with appropriate endorsements for flatbed operation. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: On the road
