Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated

CLASS 1 HGV DRIVER

to join our thriving team at Linkway Freight Services. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities:

Drive lorries to transport and deliver goods or materials Ensure safe loading, unloading, and securement of cargo Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and colleagues

Qualifications:

Full UK driving licence (INCLUDING HGV) Excellent driving record Excellent knowledge of road transport laws. Must hold a current CPC DRIVER CARD Must hold a current TACHOGRAPH Card

Working Hours:

Linkway are flexible with hours/shift patterns 10-12 hour shifts based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern Working hours to be discussed at interview Rate of pay dependent on experience - To be discussed at interview
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 150.00-175.00 per day
