Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Truck DriverS to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods to various locations.

Duties

Operate lorries safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo, particularly for flatbed deliveries. Plan routes effectively to optimise delivery times while considering road conditions and traffic patterns. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that may occur during transport. Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, potential delays, or any issues encountered on the road. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
