Are you a skilled Class 1 Driver who can operate machinery?
We are looking for an experienced
HGV Class 1 Driver & Hiab Operator
to join our specialist team.
We don't just move goods; we provide expert transport and lifting solutions for heavy machinery across the province, with occasional trips to GB and ROI.
The Role
This is a role suited for a driver who enjoys variety and the challenge of handling heavy plant. Duties include:
Lifting & Loading:
Using large Hiab cranes to safely load heavy machinery.
Transport:
Navigating various routes across the province, delivering loads
Unloading & Placement:
Precision placement of goods at the destination.
Plant Operations:
Operating low-loaders for machinery shifts.
Driving/operating a range of vehicles including big Hiab trucks, grab trucks, rigids and artics.
What You'll Need
HGV Class 1 License:
Proven experience driving heavy goods vehicles.
Hiab Expertise:
High degree of skill in operating large truck-mounted radio controlled cranes.
Low-Loader Experience:
Competence in loading and securing heavy plant.
Certifications:
You must hold a valid crane certificate (or be able to obtain one).
Flexibility:
While primarily province-based, you must be available for occasional trips to
Great Britain
and the
Republic of Ireland

Pay Rate:
16 per hour + Bonus + Overtime
