Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled truck driver to join our team due to a retirement. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, be comfortable with strapping down loads, have a clean license, take pride in their work and be committed to providing an excellent service for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate trucks

- Load and unload in a safe manner

- Inspect vehicles for defects and safety issues

- Adhere to company policies and traffic regulations

- Assist with unloading where required

- Cover night outs when needed (generally 1 or 2 a week, sometimes none)

- Weekend work is available

- Follow all driving / working regulations

- Communication

Pay

- 14.80 / hour up to 50 hours

- 17.50 / hour after 50 hours

- 19.80 / hour on Saturdays

- 21.80 / hour on Sundays

- Paid breaks

- Night outs 35

Hours

- currently averaging around 55 - 65 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Work

- Varied work, some heavy, some light

Pay: 14.80-21.80 per hour
