Job Description
Established in 1965, the Lockwood Group is a family run business and currently has over 370 employees spanning 6 UK sites. The group's activities include UK haulage and storage, frozen food production and co-packing solutions.
S&R Smith and Son, West Thurrock (part of the Lockwood Group of Companies) specialise in general haulage & distribution in and around the South East of England.
Due to business growth, we are looking for drivers to be based at RM20 4EL working the following shift pattern:-
Nights/Afters
- Monday - Friday shift.Shifts and start times can be negotiable upon interview.
Rate of pay is 16.00 per hour with 50 hours guaranteed minimum weekly pay.

Ideally the candidates would meet the following requirements:
At least 2 years HGV driving experience prefered Must hold a DCPC Card Good communication skills in the English language as required to converse with customers and depot staff.
