HGV 1 Driver TRUNKING
Raunds (Wellingborough) - New pass Drivers welcome with previous class 2 experience.
We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers on an
Temp On-Going
basis at our busyRaunds (Wellingborough)
The role consists of 1 - 2 deliveries to NDCs, RDCs - trunking work. MMID is part of a well-established and well known international dairy company with modern and well looked after fleet.Immediate starts for successful candidates after passing assessment and induction.
Shift available
5on2off start between 00:00 (midnight) - 01:00am
Day pay rates:
Monday - Friday 16.63 (overtime after 47.5hrs 18.71) Saturday 18.71 Sunday and Bank Holidays 24.95
Nights pay rates:
Monday - Friday 19.00 (overtime after 47.5hrs 21.38) Saturday 21.38 Sunday and Bank Holidays 28.50
30-minute break deducted per shift only!
What we are looking for:
In date DIGI and CPC card Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual. Willing to work weekends. Motivated and open to learn new skills. Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.
Your role:
Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules. Prepping vehicles for delivery. Completing vehicles checks. Refuelling vehicles. The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
