We are seeking a professional and reliable Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries. Duties

mainly pulling containers to and from customers and also port runs Occasionally will be required to do distribution/ curtain sider jobs. Plan routes effectively to optimise delivery schedules and minimise delays Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any faults or issues promptly Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs Communicate with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues encountered on the route Adhere to all legal requirements related to driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and road safety standards

Qualifications

Valid Category C+E (or equivalent) driving licence with a clean driving record minimum 6 months experience of driving class C+E Delivery driver experience is highly desirable Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for cargo securement Ability to operate heavy vehicles confidently and responsibly Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively on tight schedules Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members professionally This role is ideal for dedicated drivers looking to advance their career within the logistics industry while ensuring the safe transportation of goods across various locations.

Pay: 17.00-20.00 per hour
