The Position

To trunk and input our clients' pallets in to the network hub for national distribution and collect a returning trailer.

The responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

Deliver and collect all pallets safely as allocated Complete all trunking within time frames set by the network Conduct daily vehicle checks on your allocated vehicle To report any defects on the vehicle To report any incidents that you or the vehicle are involved in from the location To comply with the company driver behaviour guidelines
The Individual

To suit this role, you will have and be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Hold a full Class 1 licence with CPC modules 2 & 4 Strong understanding of the English language, both written and verbal Be a strong communicator Strong work ethic Keen attention to detail and a desire to get things right the first time You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude towards change Be a quick and eager learner whilst being able to ask for help and assistance when needed Able to use your own initiative to complete tasks Personable, polite, and friendly with an approachable nature Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks Night trunking experience not necessary but would be an advantage.
The Package

44,000 per annum

You will be given full training and support to meet the requirements of the role
