Founded on the Isle of Tiree in 1978 MacLennan Distribution (formerly MacLennan Motors) has grown into a recognised freight business throughout the West of Scotland. Operating from our depots in Oban we provide a variety of daily services throughout Argyll and the Islands.
About the Role
MacLennan Distribution is currently seeking a
HGV Class 1
driver to join our growing team. Based at our depot in Oban.In addition to driving duties, you may be required to assist with general warehouse tasks, so a team-oriented attitude is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Daily uplifts from Glasgow Loading and unloading vehicles Loading vehicles on to ferries
Requirements
Valid UK driving licence with
Category C + E (Class 1)
Valid CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) Digital Tachograph Card Forklift experience is desirable but not essential - training can be providedWorking Hours
Monday to Friday Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required
