HGV Class 1 Driver - Site Services, Runtech Ltd

We have a great opportunity for an experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Driver here at Runtech, based within the Tata Steel site, Port Talbot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and proactively loading, securing, and transporting materials within the site. Reliability and customer satisfaction is key.

Key attributes required:

Safety focused - helping to maintain and promote a safe working environment in line with all company and customer standards and procedures.

Customer focused - demonstrating a positive and motivated attitude to deliver a first-class service.

Experienced in a haulage environment with knowledge of load security principles.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Qualifications Required:

Full UK Driving Licence.

Valid HGV Class 1 C+E or site licence with demonstrable experience.

Maximum of 6 points on licence for insurance purposes.

. One year driving experience required

Package:

Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 x 12-hour day shifts followed by 2 x 12-hour night shifts)

Rate: 13.45 per hour - (no breaks deducted) paid as a weekly average salary of 565 per week.

Auto enrolled into company pension scheme

Uniform and PPE Provided

The successful candidate will be subject to our induction process that will include drug & alcohol testing and vehicle licence check.
