We are currently seeking a reliable and professional

Class 1 Driver

to join our team and support a well-established food production company based in Thorrington, Essex.

Role Overview

You'll be responsible for transporting fresh food produce across London routes, ensuring timely and safe deliveries from the production site to various destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle safely and efficiently. Transport food produce across pre-planned London routes. Assist with loading/unloading. Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues. Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with safety regulations. Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with transport managers and clients.

Requirements

Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence. Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. Previous Class 1 driving experience (desired). Strong knowledge of London roads and traffic flow. Excellent punctuality and reliability. Good customer service and communication skills.
